 "Great read!" 2009-07-26
By Leeanne Bergquist (Virginia)
This book was easy to read, hard to put down. No mind-blowing plots, no magical characters that you have to learn the terminology for, just a good story. This book reads like a screenplay, it would make for a great movie thriller. 4 stars instead of 5, because the last couple of pages were a little weak (kind of like Grisham's The Firm.) Enjoy!

Very disappointing. Way to technical for my taste. The writer surely did his research on techno babble but the story left me wanting .....

 "Great Thriller" 2009-07-24

I really enjoyed reading this book. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I really didn't see the ending coming (at least the last part). I love spy novels and corporate espionage combined with high tech corporations makes for the perfect scenario.

 "Good, but not great..." 2009-07-23
By Candy (Austin, TX)
I grabbed this book to read a little bit of fluff. I liked The Firm and I thought this would be similar. The plot is fantastic and I had high hopes for the book. I believe it would make a fun and exciting movie, but in written form it fell a little flat. Too many cliches, too many "this went just right" moments, just too many of a lot of different things. It was an enjoyable read and I did finish it because I wanted to see if what I thought would be the ending really was (it was, you can see it coming a mile away if you've read many thrillers).

Having said that, it's a book worthy of a read when you are between heavier books. Just don't pick apart the few plot holes or the writing style. It could still use a bit of a polish, but I'm glad I read it.
